Welcome to My Journey
It’s a new year and of course the perfect time to begin my weight loss regimen that I have been putting off. My goal is to get healthy and fit and shed those extra pounds that I have gained over the past couple of years. The purpose of this blog is to keep me accountable and to enable me to share my journey out of the bondage of this extra weight gain to the freedom of being in good physical shape. I’m looking forward to fitting into a pair of skinny jeans within the next few months! I’ll share my successes and failures, the recipes I try, the exercise that I can live with, and the tools that help me meet my goal. Welcome to my journey!
